Male and female are social constructs, reality is just atoms, male and female are ideas that humans project into various configurations of atoms
We are assigned social roles according to a simple assessment of which one we appear to approximately match
Nobody actually fits their social role completely, but most people are close enough that they can enjoy some parts of their role and be peer pressured into accepting and going along with the general idea
Some people cannot accept the first role they were assigned (lol hi 👋) and will not go along with it
Like maybe they have a 🍌 but their personality just isn’t what their culture thinks 🍌-havers should be like
The actual details of the roles and the process of their assignment and indoctrination are culturally variable, they depend on your place in geography, history, race and class
Therefore the probability of a person being able to accept their role depends on the society they were born into
I was reading something about Whitestown, Indiana and my eyes nearly popped out of my head thinking it was one of THOSE comically racist towns. Nice to know, at least the name, wasn’t that.
